Medicare rebates (MHCP):
Medicare does not cover counselling at this stage, so you do not require a MHCP (Mental Health Care Plan) from your GP. This also benefits you if you wish to keep your sessions confidential and not on your public health record.

Health Care Rebates:
I am a registered BUPA, ARHG, GMHBA, Police Health Fund, CUA, Teachers Union, AIA, Westfund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix, Private Health Fund provider and counselling services can potentially be claimed through these listed private health insurance funds. In order to claim please advise counsellor who will issue a copy of your paid invoice with Provider Number and Item Number. Health Care rebates through your private health insurance provider, depends on whether you have an eligible policy and level of cover. Please discuss rebates directly with your Private Health Insurance Fund provider.
Telehealth Appointments
I use ZOOM for my telehealth counselling options so that you don't have to worry about where you are located, I support clients all around Australia, no transport, traffic, parking or driving time worries.
SESSIONS and appointment times
- Tuesday to Friday Zoom Telehealth, telephone appointments and in person appointments available- venue location is in Ballarat, in private consulting/counselling rooms
FEES
- Adult individual self funded counselling sessions - $130 In person in clinic (50 mins/10 mins admin)
- Telephone counselling individual self funded $120 (50 mins/10 mins admin)
- Telehealth via Zoom sessions individual self funded $120 (45 minute face to face/10 mins admin)

Payment Information
- ZOOM and Telephone counselling sessions: Payment is required 48 hours in advance of Initial appointment and zoom link email will be sent upon payment. (Follow up sessions payment will be processed at the end of session.)
- IN PERSON sessions: Initial Appointment Payment in advance via website booking 48 hrs prior to appointment. (Follow up sessions payment will be processed at the end of session.)
- Cash on the day or payment on day (only if agreed arrangement made prior )
